How to update/upgrade walpad pro

    Windows 10 upgrade procedure for Walpad Pro

Make sure your Walpad Pro is plugged in with the charger and connected to the Internet. Don’t disconnect, unplug, or turn off your PC while the update is being installed/downloading.

You will need at least 3GB of available drive space on your Walpad Pro to download and install the Windows 10 Update from Windows Update/OTA

Make sure you have already updated all the latest OTA/Windows update of windows 8.1 version or you will not get the windows 10 update. Follow this below steps to update your windows 8.1 OS to latest 8.1 OS

Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)

Tap or click Update and recovery, and then tap or click Windows Update.

Tap or click Check now.

If windows 8.1 related OTA updates are found, tap or click View details. Then install all of them.

After the installation is complete, restart your PC.

If you successfully updated all the 8.1 related windows update then you will get windows 10 update notification to reserve your free update.

 Now click on “Reserve your free upgrade”

Then click on “Reserve”

If you see this below instead, then you have already reserved your upgrade.

Now select the “Flag” symbol

                 

Now open “Action Center”

Now click on “windows update”

Now click “Check for updates”

If all the above procedures are fine, then you will get windows 10 update. If you don’t see windows 10 update, then you might be missing one or more required updates. Follow the previous steps to check for updates, install all important windows 8.1 updates, restart your PC, and then check for updates again.

Now download procedure will start. Download speed depends on your internet connection.

If download procedure finished you will see below image. It will take 30 min to prepare the installation file.

Now you will see this snap and then click on “Accept”. Make sure your walpad pro is fully charged or when upgrading windows 10 you will brick your favorite device.

Now preparing for the update.

Now select “start the upgrade now” then your pc will

Now your device will restart and will start the upgrade process. You will see this below image. The device will restart several times so please keep patience. It will take almost 30 min or more for upgrading into windows 10.

Upgrading windows now. After finishing the upgrade procedure the device will restart and you will see the windows 10 setup wizard. Enjoy windows 10.
